Section 4
Fund to be self-governing and organized body
(1) The Fund shall be a self-governing and incorporated body with inalienable succession.
(2) The Fund shall have a separate seal for the purposes of its operations.
(3) The Fund may acquire, enjoy, accumulate, sell and otherwise dispose of movable and immovable property subject to this Act.
(4) The fund may file a complaint in its own name and may also file a complaint against the fund in the same name.
